  • Switch the Twenty Twenty One theme and check if you still face the same issue or not.

    Hi Vijay,

Thank you for your reply. It’s work. However, I am using Jupiter X theme. The theme cannot work with it. Any idea to solve the issue if I would like to stick with Jupiter X?

    Regards

It’s hard to say what kind of conflict it is. You can do self debugging by checking the console log in dev tools and error log for php error.

If you cannot find anything then Please contact the theme support and report this issue.
