Missing menu items from Appearance > Customize section, able to see only

    Hi All,

    We regularly use the Customization menu under “Appearance” on the dashboard.

    For our site, the menu items are missing. When we go to Appearance > Customize, we’re able to see only Widgets section and not able to see any other options. Can anyone help us to resolve this?

    I don’t think this is an Easy Updates Manager issue. If you disable Easy Updates Manager does it come back? If not then I suggest posting in the main forum. https://www.ads-software.com/support/

    This doesn’t sound like an issue with our plugin. As Matthew said, if you disable this plugin, the Apperance->customize should come back. If not, then it’s another issue altogether.

    Oh, i’m sorry. I was in same page for other issue. Created topic in same section. I don’t think this plugin causing this issue.

    You could close this. I will create it in main forum
