Missing Menus on Dashboard

  • Upgraded WordPress to 4.0 but did not solve my missing menu problem in Dashboard. Tried getting help from Domain.com where the site is hosted, but they can’t seem to help. They say when they look at the site they have all the menus. I sent a screen shot but no response yet.
    Can anyone help me? I am green to all of this. Did the site for a friend is was slightly less tech than me. And, I’m lost as to how to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • I can see menus on your site. Did you fixed it?
    And please remove your password information from here for security reasons. Its an open invitation to intruders.

    Thank you for your reply. No, I did not fix the problem. Apparently, I am the only one that can’t see the menus. Very weird. As I am the only user/admin on the site.
    Any thoughts?
