Missing New Entry IDs

    Hi Support,

    I am having a big issue with the Form Submissions.

    I created a Form and linked it to PayPal. Each time a payment is made I receive a notification with the ID + Details to that payment entry.

    I just noticed that Entries #462, and #464 are missing from the list. People have paid and I don’t have any record of those 2 payments in Forminator ….

    What should I send you so that you can check into that issue please?

    I found them … they are entries to another form … Now I understand how Forminator works. We don’t get ID numbers for ONE specific form but to all Forms created …

    I hope you’re having a great week.

    You are correct, that’s indeed how Forminator IDs work – those are all using a custom post type and common custom data tables so that all submissions for all forms, polls and quizzes are sharing a common ID scheme.
