Missing New Order Details in Email Confirm

    First, prior to installing this lovely plug-in, my test orders were not being received by my test customers — none. So, I do not know if this is a plug-in issue or if order details are not sent to begin with.

    Issue: Email is now sending to customer acknowledging receipt of an order — BUT, the body of the email is blank. No order details or anything.

    I am not tech savvy at all. Go Daddy is my host company for years. My email provider, Earthlink, has for long time now, been marking email from my other website as “spam” and blocking it. So, I stopped getting emails from it over a year ago. Earthlink unblocked once but since it is an “auto” thing, the “from” URL is blocked again. This plug-in bypasses that problem on my new site, loopy-life.com but the order email has nothing in the contents.

    This is great stuff. I look forward to installing this on my other WP site, a replacement for the site I mentioned above that does not receive order notice anymore, sacredshowers.com. I am in process of migrating it. Loopy Life is a brand new site using WP and I am kind of testing plug-ins on it. Thanks so much. Apologies for long windedness. ??

    Oh, I did the “view” on the log and there is detail on a new account creation log entry BUT nothing received at the email address — body is still blank.

    This could be an incompatibility between Postman and whatever is creating the new order emails.

    Would you kindly:

    • Set Postman’s PHP Log Level (in the advanced tab) to Trace
    • Install the Debug plugin and enable WP_DEBUG_LOG
    • Send your order email again
    • Disable WP_DEBUG_LOG in the Debug plugin
    • Send me the logfile
