Missing of file openhand.cur

    I’ve got file missing error from time to time, I fix it by manually downloading the file. However, after upgrade the plugin, the error message come out again.

    I check the plugin file and found this file is missing:
    /ultimate-responsive-image-slider-proopenhand.cur

    Please fix it, thanks!
