Missing options (Premium, email notification etc.) for international shipping

  • Hello!

    When I prepare domestic shipping via the plugin, I can choose between several options such as Premium, email notification etc. For international shipping, there is only the weight field visible. However a lot of the options are also available (and quite important) for international shipping. Are these functions just missing and will be added? Or do I have a mistake in the plugin configuration?

    Hey Dominik – are you shipping from Germany? in case yes, please get in touch with [email protected] they might be able to support here. Basically for international shipments there are mostly fewer additional services available since those services are just not available in the countries you are shipping to (e.g there is no Packstation where you can ship to in CZ or there is no Wunschzustellung in US) Does this answer your question already?
