Thanks for this. I checked your feed and the duplicated ID’s your reported on in your issue but they show only once in your feed?

When the issue happens again you might want to try to lower the batch size of the plugin so it is less likely to run into server configuration limitations. The default batch size is 750 products per batch, try lowering this to just 250 products per batch.
