Hi, we are facing an issue regarding a missing order on our WooCommerce dashboard. We didn’t see any errors on the WooCommerce logs that are relevant to the missing order. Upon further checking, we found the missing order in the ‘wp_post’ table in the database with the ‘shop_quote’ post type. I’m not sure if that information is relevant to our issue, but can you please confirm and rectify?

    Hello @problematichild,

I understand that you are encountering an issue with a missing order on your WooCommerce dashboard. You also mentioned that the order was found with the ‘shop_quote’ post type in your database.

Just so I can have a better understanding, is there any other order that has ever gone missing before, or is this the first one? Do you remember making any changes before, such as updating or installing plugin(s)? What payment method was used for that specific order?

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us your System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support, then paste it via?https://gist.github.com/?and send the link here.

You mentioned Fatal Error Logs did not show anything strange, right? But can you share it with us anyway so we can take a closer look?
It is under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
You could copy and paste it via?https://gist.github.com/?and send the link here.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi @ckadenge

Upon further investigation, we discovered that the shop_quote post type was likely generated by the Zip plugin. However, it didn’t properly update orders when payments via zipmoney were cancelled. We confirmed that the payment went through Stripe instead. To temporarily resolve this, we manually adjusted the post_type in the database for the affected order, ensuring it displays correctly on the WooCommerce dashboard until zipmoney support addresses the issue.

    Hello @problematichild,

I’m glad you were able to identify the issue was caused by the Zip plugin.

As you await on the zipmoney support to addresses the issue, I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved.

Let us know if you need further assistance with your WooCommerce store.

    Have a good one.
