Missing order status selection and customer on Order Page

    With the last update, on the order details page of a specific order, the order state and customer are now completely missing. The drop down selection boxes show no options. So now it is impossible to change the order state. Very strange.

    Although on the Orders page which shows all the orders of the shop, we are able to process, complete, etc.. the orders on the Actions column and the orders get updated as expected with each selection… which has saved us in the meantime.

    Typically issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. How we usually address this type of issue is to have you temporarily switch to a theme we know works, such as Storefront (https://www.ads-software.com/themes/storefront/) and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and the plugin in question . If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
