Missing orders

  • Woocommerce 2.6.4
    Plugin 1.2.4

    I have found that I have PayPal transactions, but don’t have orders.
    I see order ID in PayPal transaction, but Woocommerce simply doesn’t have order with such id.
    I have uprated the version of plugin to 1.4.5.1 and will start to check it daily.

    Do you have any idea why it could happen ?

    @likearmour, Well this is more likely to be because woo-commerce have changed a lot and so is PayPal express. Please make sure to update the plugin to latest version along with woo-commerce and see if the problem goes away. If not then let us know we will be happy to take a deeper look and see whats going on there

    @likearmour, any chance those orders are coming from a different source other than this particular WooCommerce site?
