    Hello,

    We are having issues with one of our client site. It seems that randomly an order goes missing in the admin dashboard HOWEVER, when I checked over the database, the order is there and a transaction is already charged.

    How do I push the missing order in the order dashboard? and how do I prevent this from happening again?

    To clarify you’re seeing the missing order when you check out your site’s database, but you’re not finding it in the WP-admin > WooCommerce > Orders screen?

    If something’s in the database it should be available on the admin dashboard.

    It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
