Missing orders, stock not updating, products disappearing

Since Thursday, 26 May 2022, my client has been experiencing constant and strange issues in her website dashboard:
– Orders are placed, email is received but then either not showing or disappearing from the orders list in the back end.
– Stock changes done either manually or after orders are placed are being reversed ie; sold out products are being returned back to stock.
– New products added are showing on the front end, but cannot be found on the back end.On the front end, the site seems to be operating fine but on the back end, it is chaos for my client.
We have updated to the latest versions and rolled back to past versions but nothing is helping. WP, WC, theme and all other plugins are up to date currently. Checked for plugin conflicts as well. Recent errors collected:
