    Hey,
    I used forminator in my 3 web pages such as free trial, get quote and contact us form. When i submit form, i get only notification in my email. No data is seen there. All 3 form have same issue. I see all my message in formanitor plugin dashboard under submission section. When i used contact form 7, data is seen in my web mail. I want to see data in my web mail not in plugin dashboard. what is the problem? hoew may i solve this?

    Hi @orbitgraphics,

    I’m sorry but I’m not sure that I completely understand your question, are you looking to get submissions over email, have them show in Forminator Submissions or both?

    If you want to get the submissions to your email you can edit your form, go to Email Notifications tab and configure the email where you want to receive submissions.
    For enabling/disabling submissions to be saved in database just switch to Settings tab while editing your form and toggle “Disable store submissions in my database” option.

    Hey Predrag,
    Thanks for your reply. I already added email in notification tab. But the problem is, i only get the notification in my webmail account. The exact copy of submission including images, text and others are seen in forminator dashboard.
    Now, i don’t want see my messages in formanitaor dashboard. rather than, i want to see it in my email.
    One of the option you said disable store submission. If i disable this, can i see the eamil in my webmail?

    Including the {all_fields} macro in the email content, should bring up all submitted data. Here’s an example from a testing site of mine.

    If you’re already the proper macros in the email content, could you please share your form so we can better inspect it? You can duplicate it, remove any sensitive information, export it and share it here in your next reply.

    Just to clarify, are you nor receiving email notification or not all content is included in the email notification?

    If you’re not receiving email after a form was submitted, please try an SMTP plugin that will ensure email delivery:

    If not all fields are visible in the email notification, please export the form and attach a download link in this thread so we could have a closer look.

    To export the form, please go to Formnator > Forms, click on Settings icon > Export. Please see this screenshot:

    Upload the file to a Google Drive/ Dropbox and share a download link with us.

    Please also let us know which fields are not included in the email notification.

    We are experiencing a similar issue – but it may be different.

    We have a form with multiple conditional drop down boxes and fields. Many are required fields.

    At first I thought people were just putting in a space to get around the required field requirement.Its a major problem that people can just tap the space to get around the required field. Please fix that.

    Sometimes we receive an email with all the expected information, sometimes we get an email with only some of the field values.

    I note that the field values on the email and saved in the database are only the fields displayed when the form first displays. The field values that are missing are the fields normally hidden when the form first displays. i.e. any conditionally displayed fields are not saved in either the database or the email. (I just tested it and confirmed this).

    Will do more testing.

    Forminator 1.11.1 (but it started happening in a previous versions)
