Missing page links when viewing by Catagory –

Is this an error … surely it’s supposed to work for a catagory listing, right?

I have an article posted that has 3 pages:
I have links at the bottom when viewing URL:
https://www.richimages.net/?p=569

But the same article does not display the page links when viewing a catagory:
https://www.richimages.net/?cat=13

Where/how should I proceed to fix this?
