Missing page of ‘Users’

  • My multisite network admin ‘Users’ section contains 112 users occupying 6 pages (20 per page). Now, scolling to page 4, it displays as blank, and page 5 commences with 20 missing users!?

    This used to be Ok. I have upgraded to 4.8 to see if that helped, but no luck! This occured after a member registered with a username including an underscore character (the only member to do so. I’ve deleted this member and asked to register again, but it hasn’t help – just a coincedence I guess? Are underscores OK?

    Can anyone help please?

  • It could be a plugin conflicting with the user pages.

    I think that if underscores weren’t OK WordPress wouldn’t accept the registration at all and give an error message, so I highly doubt that could be the problem.

    Did you scan the pages with the Google Chrome inspector to check for any errors?
