Missing Pages in XML Sitemap

Yoast no longer detects all my pages for the site map. Portfolio pages are fine and the pages used to be fine but now it only pics up about 4 pages and the rest are ignored.

The settings for the individual pages are identical
Pages are selected to be indexed in the yoast settings
I tried it with no caching/minify and disabled Project Supremacy plugin
I reactivated W3 Cache but added some code I found on this site to prevent the minification of the sitemap.

Gaveup and disabled the Sitemap Functionality and had to do it manually ??
