Missing parts with WPBakery

  • Hello,

    When I use WPBakery Page builder with the plugin and then set it to full width, the comments, author box and related posts from my posts don’t appear.

    Just so you know, I am using the builder with posts and not pages, in case you thought that might be it. Is there any way that I can enable these to work with the plugin?

    Do you have a page where this error is present?
    Also – Are you using any add-ons for the WPBakery page builder?

    Apologies for the late reply but thanks for getting back to me.

    For whatever reason, when I enable full width on the post it won’t show the comments, related posts and author box etc which you can see on this page:

    /how-to-clean-quartz-worktops/

    No plugins related to WPBakery page builder.
