  • I seem to have the exact same problem. There’s a problem with the URL. For some reason, the plugin puts the domain and page title in front of the URL of the embed code. No clue why…

    This is the general error:
    Missing PDF “https://domain.com/page-title/%E2%80%9Dhttps://url.pdf

Sorry not to notice this thread – please email [email protected] with any support questions at all.

In these cases you most likely have ended up with the wrong quote characters in your shortcode – curly quotes instead of straight quotes (“).

Please email support for any further assistance anyway. I will probably not notice any replies here.

    Thanks,

    Dan

I’m also getting the Missing PDF error message whatever I’m doing. No special characters in the filename and nothing wrong with the quotes and I’ve uninstalled my security plugin and deleted my .htaccess file and removed my cache and it’s still the same. The address looks right though Missing PDF "https://skoinfo.se/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/Namnlost_425VZaphcp.pdf" but it’s simply not accessible.
