missing php file

    I am getting an error message that won’t allow me to log into my Ashe theme wordpress site. The error message tells me that I am missing the following file.

    /home/texasgar/public_html/newsite/wp-admin/includes/class-custom-background.php

    How can I get this file so my site works?

    At first, thank you for your response and for choosing our theme.

    In this case, it’s better to contact your server/hosting provider first and ask them to check for the issue.

    Yes, this is not a theme related issue. Please contact your hosting and ask for help. It might be the plugin related or hosting resources related issue.
