Missing posts due to UTC error

    I’m missing posts. My database seems okay, and the posts are all showing up on my admin page. However, I’m showing many posts in the scheduled entries que.

    A litter further digging shows that my WP Admin panel thinks that:

    “UTC time is: 2002-01-01 1:59:12 pm”

    So everything after that date is being held.

    Anyone know how to fix this?
