Missing Preview and on/off

Great Plugin.
Two imnprovements would be helpfull:
A preview function for the popup form and
a button to turn the use of the popuup form on/off.I always have to deactivate the plugin if I do not want to Show up. But when creating a form, it is always on, regardless the design
