    Has anyone had products simply vanish? We’re missing hundreds of products. Example: If you visit https://windrivergallery.net/product-category/art-genre/, notice Landscapes should have 63 products. Clicking on Landscapes(63) shows “No products were found matching your selection.”. Looking at the products in the dashboard only 13 are there as if they have been deleted. In file manager I can see the product image files. Does anyone know what might have happened?

  • Did you clear the cache in W3 Total Cache. If the problem continues, leave it deactivated until the problem is fixed.

    Also, clear 2 x transients using the buttons at:
    Dashboard > Woocommerce > Status > Tools

    Hi Lorro,

    Thanks for the reply. I just tried all of these. Still no luck.

    W3 Total Cache is now deactivated to see if that fixes it. Thanks again!
