Missing Products on Facebook Shop

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    We have tested the same on our test environments and were able to export simple products along with the variable products when filtered using the category. Can you please share your system status report and exported file via support?

    I’m also having this problem. Products are appearing in the backend of Facebook but I can’t search for items on the front end even though they’re active and visible according to the backend.
