Missing "Publish" box on dashboard

Try adding define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false ); to the bottom of your wp-config.php file (just before the require_once line).

Try checking your server’s error logs for clues. If you do not know how to access your error logs, ask your hosts for assistance.
