Missing purchase currency and value parameters

  • Hi, Facebook is giving me Feedback about an Error with Missing purchase currency and value parameters.

    Hi,

    it seems something fires some Purchase events without parameters. Generally, it happens because of some customization in the theme, or another plugin, or if you add an event in the “Conversions/Events” tab.

    Pixel Caffeine always fires the Purchase event with at least value and currency parameters.

    So, you can use the Pixel Helper Extension in order to find where and when a Purchase event is fired, without any parameter. Install it and try to visit your whole website, in order to find if a Purchase event comes up.
