Missing ReCaptcha box

    Hi,

    We use this plugin on multiple websites and now we have problem with it but only on one of the sites.

    When I want to login on wp-admin I didn’t saw the ReCaptcha box after I type the username and password I saw this error message “Please check the ReCaptcha box.”

    I tried different browser and the box is missing in other browsers too.

    From white list IP I can login.

    We’re using the newest WordPress 6.5 on our websites.

    I deleted the plugin and install it again, but this isn’t solved the problem.

    Do you need any other information?

    Usually this is caused by a template or template customisation that implements the login form without properly calling the required WordPress “hook” that displays the Captcha. Try a different theme and see if that resolves it. If not, the next step would be to try disabling plugins until you find the other plugin that is conflicting. Good luck!
