Missing records

    Hi,

    Using WP All Export I exported a custom post type and downloaded a CSV with 251 records. The WP All Export page showed 251 records exported, and I confirmed this on Google Sheets.

    Using WP All Import, I’m trying to import these posts, but for some strange reason the import shows only 2 records.

    What am I doing wrong and how can I get all 251 records to import successfully?

    Update: this is probably due to special characters, as my content is in Hebrew (but the CSV is encoded with UTF-8).

    When I export an XML, I can import all 251 records successfully, but only if I enable Stream Reader in the WP All Import settings.

    Please check with your web host and see what version of libxml your server is running. If it’s version 2.9.3, ask them to update it and then try the import again to see if it’s fixed (for both CSV and XML files).

    Thanks for your reply. I asked my web host to update libxml and that certainly fixed the bug.
