missing release versions

today i needed a copy of wordpress-2.0.2.tar.gz to diff against an old installation.
on https://www.ads-software.com/download/release-archive/ this file is MIA.
i suppose it is missing for a Good Reason. but in all honesty, i can’t think of a reason good enough when juxtaposed with really needing a copy of a file that isn’t there.
imho, there should be a _complete_ release archive in some obvious documented location–maybe i missed the memo.
is https://www.ads-software.com/download/release-archive/ the official release archive or is there another location that is more official (and complete)?
