    It would also be great if you could list the topic or confirm the issue is relating to “Developer Information Required” when submitting the form!

    @simonskyverge unfortunately I read this after having sent the ticket so I did not mention “Developer Information Required” but put a link to this topic, so it should be clear, I hope.

    I have downgraded before and even using plugin 1.11.4 but ever since the V2 plugin issues came up, it shows my products have all synched https://snipboard.io/VFcbZ7.jpg (27 products) but when you click on the cat it shows old products only since the V2 plugin issues started https://snipboard.io/FPlm7j.jpg (21 products)

    The method that @barrosofilho mentioned worked for me, I just had to go in via FTP and make sure the V2 folder/files for the plugin was deleted then I installed the previous version 1.11.4 and was successful.

    1.14 version works for me as well but not the functionality I require from 2.0 is still not working. Eagerly awaiting a reply/solution!!! ??

    Sending my info as well as this didn’t work for me. Got the Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook! Please try again.

    Although I can see the WooCommerce app within Facebook > Settings and Privacy > Business Integrations – so it is getting linked to FB, but somehow WooCommerce is having issues with it.

    Hey @fcrowe,

    If you’re able to reach the WooCommerce “Sorry something went wrong” error message, this sounds like a different issue to the one discussed in this topic.

    Please could you raise a separate thread, or please could you raise a support request via our support form so that we may gather some additional information about the underlying error for our Facebook contact to look into further.

    Hi folks,

    We’ve had an update from Facebook yesterday that a change has been released for the connection application. They’re hopeful that this should resolve the problem in most cases, and have added some extra debug logging in the case of further failures.

    The recommendation is to give this another try now, and if you are still seeing failures, please do let me know along with your business ID, so I can follow up with the team to investigate further.
