    Hello,

There are 74 reviews in my GMB profile but in the website only 8 of them are appearing. What could be the reson for that?

Can I have rating structured data for all pages of the website (or the pages where plugin’s shortcode is applied)? The goal is to achieve star rating rich snippet results in the SERP.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@banch3v Thanks for getting in touch again about Structured Data.

As I may have said before, the snippet results will occur with the service (e.g. Google) deems it is relevant to the search results for your website. The Structured Data will offer the potential for this to happen, but it cannot guarantee any desired outcome.

The 5 reviews returned in the Structured data are meant as a sample of your wider collection of reviews. These will always be the 5 most relevant reviews (no matter the rating) to offer a suitable sample of the wider population. Having all 74 reviews (in your case) would be against the best practice for the “Local Business” type of Structured Data – so this is why a smaller sample is used here.

For the “all pages”, this is noted as unnecessary according to the official documentation. It advises placing this information once per website, where relevant. It is usually the home page but could be a list of locations or the contact page. This plugin supports a change of the page (detailed elsewhere in the forum).

With everything relating to Structured Data, if you have documentation that could improve its implementation within the plugin, I am very happy to consider this and apply this new approach in a future version of this plugin.

Hello. Thank you for your quick response!

Regarding the quantity of shown reviews in the slider or structured data – I do listen to my SEO consultant which so far brings outstanding results. I do not state that I do not agree with you but I’d rather have rich snippet which looks like this – https://prnt.sc/rgs8JON4x_jp instead of 4.5/5 from 8 people, for example. That beaing said, this is the actual reason I do want to have all of my reviews shown into the structured data, especially.

Regarding the placement of reviews sctuctured data – again, my point is not to argue with you but having my reviews structured data place only in the homepage wont bring me review rich snippet into the SERP. We have tested it with another website where we implemented reviews structured data using another non-google related plugin for the pages we intended to have rich snippet result and within less than a week we had it shown in the SERP.

I do get your point, moreover I think you are right. But sadly in reality things works differently. And when you want to be competitive you have to do the things differently, as your competitors does. I hope you do get my point.

What I am asking you is to tell me whether or not I can achive having my all reviews showen in the website (especially the structured data). Also to tell when whether or not I can implement the review structured data to more than 1 page.

Thanks for the detailed reply @banch3v!

I do still hold that one page is recommended because I’ve seen this mentioned in multiple places and having it everywhere just slows the load time unnecessarily with no positive effect. The Structured Data is placed as JSON within the head, so having this occur only when needed does make sense to me.

If your SEO consultant knows a lot about Structured Data and potentially what is needed to give actual results using valid data – the please pass them my email: wordpress dash plugins at designextreme dot com and I’ll add some advanced functionality to work around the current limits that exist.
