Missing Rowling Customization Options

I’ve been using Rowling on wordpress.com and I’d now like to start using it with www.ads-software.com. I installed it, but it seems to be quite a bit different than what I’m used to on wordpress.com.

For example, the Appearance -> Customize menu on wordpress.com has a “Content Options” submenu that I rely upon. However, with www.ads-software.com, I see no such submenu under Customize. And I can’t find the options I’m looking for anywhere else. For example, I rely on the “Automatically Use First Image In Post” option.

Any ideas on why I’m not seeing the “Content Options” submenu?
