    I am missing an order in Woocommerce that is showing up in Stripe. I tried searching for the order number, but nothing came up. I set up a staging site and disabled all plugins except Woocommerce, (as recommended in another post), but that didn’t work. I could use some help.

    I understand you’re missing an order in WooCommerce that appears in Stripe but not in your site’s order list. You’ve already tried disabling plugins on a staging site without success.

    Do you have the order number? If not, check your emails for the order confirmation.
    Once you have it, replace 123456 with your order number in this URL:
    https://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=123456&action=edit

    Opening this link will help confirm if the order exists in your database.

    Thanks for your response. I gave your suggestion a try and got the following error message: “You attempted to edit an item that does not exist. Perhaps it was deleted?”

    I’m certain I didn’t delete it. Any other ideas?

    Thanks for trying that out! To assist you further, could you first confirm if the order was indeed placed on this site and not from any other site or platform linked to your Stripe account?

    Additionally, please check if there are any fatal error logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. If you find any, you can either copy and paste the relevant logs here or share them via https://gist.github.com/ and send us the link.

    Once we have this information, we’ll be able to investigate the issue further and provide more guidance.
