Missing sales total and error for most sold item

    Hello,

    We love Woo.

    But, since updating to 6.3x we have seen a series of small issues, when we clicked on the ‘most sold item’ on main WP admin page an error appeared with ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’, also our ‘net sales’ for month is showing zero.

    Can anyone shed any light on these possibly linked issues.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    Let us know, that will help us to take a better look.

    Thanks for clarifying.

    You can perform a conflict test, is possible that after a recent update a configuration has changed, this will need to switch your theme temporarily to Storefront, disabling plugins one bye one until you find the cause of the issue and then reactivate them one by one, You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    If this does not work, despite being the site’s admin, please be sure to backup your site, and then reach out to your host to check your files or database.

    An update –

    No conflicts found. Switched themes and still same issue.

    I am at a loss of what may be wrong, unless some kind of bug was introduced with the most recent Woo update.

    Thank you for the update. Could you also try the following to see if that helps?

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, and clear analytics cache?
    2. Go to Analytics > Settings, and Import historical data.

    If the issue persists, you could also try installing the standalone version of WooCommerce Analytics: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-admin/

    On another note, I notice other people have mentioned they too have similar issues, one is even seeing the same error message we see when we try to access the analytics page.

    I suggest there is a bug with Woo.
