    Hello,

    We love Woo.

But, since updating to 6.3x we have seen a series of small issues, when we clicked on the ‘most sold item’ on main WP admin page an error appeared with ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’, also our ‘net sales’ for month is showing zero.

Can anyone shed any light on these possibly linked issues.

    Thanks, Tracy

  • Hi @scruffy1

I was able to open your screenshot, maybe it was a temporary issue!

The Clear Analytics cache button is the last one at the bottom of your screen.

Your screenshot shows until the item Regenerate the product attributes lookup table, just below it, there are 2 more (or it should be at least):

    • Clear WooCommerce Payments account cache
    • Clear analytics cache
    • Image link: https://snipboard.io/S5D2Eb.jpg

Regarding the error accessing, is this option of The most sold item from the built-in WooCommerce analytics? Can you also share a screenshot of this screen with us?

      All the best,

    Hi,

Thank you, however, the last button on image was the last button on my admin screen.

The two you talk about I have never seen and are not on the list.

    Thank you

    Hi @scruffy1

Please try this workaround to run the “Clear analytics cache” tool:

    1. Run any tool on your WooCommerce → Status → Tools page.
    2. On your browser address bar, the URL should en with &action=XXX (XXX being the identification of the tool you ran)
    3. Replace XXX with clear_woocommerce_analytics_cache on your address bar
    4. Press Enter to load the URL.
    5. If the tool runs successfully, you should see a message that reads Analytics cache cleared.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi,

Thank you, however, it did not work. It reported this error Tool does not exist.

    Hi @scruffy1,

Are you able to run this in Troubleshooting mode with all plugins but WooCommerce disabled via the Health check and troubleshooting mode plugin on your site?

Do keep us posted on how this troubleshooting works out for you.

    Hi,

We have already covered this part.

Please just fix Woo because it appears to be the issue.

    Thank you.

    Hi @scruffy1

There has been no reported issue related to this. Also, I can’t reproduce this on my test site which has the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce (6.3.1) and Storefront/default theme: https://snipboard.io/mjnBKq.jpg

By any chance, have you added any custom codes or CSS to your site? A conflict with WooCommerce could be from some custom code or CSS too.

Looking at this screenshot, you have many plugins still active on your site. I understand you’ve done a conflict test already, but I’d recommend creating a staging site using a plugin called?WP Staging, and try replicating the issue in that environment with only WooCommerce active.

    Hello,

We are a small business and nowhere near the size of Woo, we do not have the time to create staging sites nor the resources.

It may not have been reported, but there are certainly other posts with the same or similar issues!!

I give up with this and will think about moving to Shopify.

    Thank you

    End of!

    @scruffy1

Apologies for the use of words. I wanted to use closed instead since you mentioned you don’t want to go further with troubleshooting.

Can you follow the suggestion I mentioned here:
