Missing search bar with Pressville Theme and Max Mega Menu

Perhaps I am missing something here, but the menu seems fine as the URL you have shared is showing this menu:

It seems you might have found the way for the menu OR something. However, regarding search bar let me know if you have removed OR still facing an issue with the same on your site because of it is still not appearing here on my side.

Let me know if still you are working on your site OR something. So that I can have the updates before going further.

thanks a lot for your reply.
I think there’s a little bit of an misunderstanding here.
The menu is fine except for the search bar which is missing.

We want the search bar to be included in the menu like in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/PGTyKWQ

The search bar is disappearing when the menu is integrated with a shortcode.
What can we do so the search bar appears in the menu while being integrated as a shortcode?

It seems something is going wrong. We need to check the settings from the back-end if you allow us and test by login into your site to troubleshoot further things from our end. I will discuss this with our developer also if needed after that.
