    Hello,

Thank you so so much for your plugin!!

I have a question for you.

I’ve bought a plugin called PanMail email customser from Codecanyon. Unfortunately I can not make the tracking code of your plugin inserted to the emails.

Before I did use another Email customiser plugin where it did work fine. So there should be a conflict somewhere with PanMail.

Would you be able to help? Happy to send you the plugin to check.

Many thanks and wishing you HAPPY NEW YEAR!

    Hi @barthdesigns,

Firstly, thank you for your kind words about our plugin, and a Happy New Year to you too!

Regarding the integration with PanMail email customizer, to successfully insert the tracking code into your emails, you need to add a WooCommerce Hooks component in the PanMail settings. Here’s how you can do it:

    1. Before the order details table in the PanMail customizer, add the WooCommerce Hooks component.
    2. Select the “woocommerce_email_before_order_table” hook from the dropdown. This will ensure the tracking widget is added to your email.

I’ve attached a screenshot to guide you through the process. https://tinyurl.com/ymr9sk34

    Hi tthere,

Many-many thanks for your super quick reply ans help!

Yes, unfortunately I’ve tried that without any results. Truth is: I also have issues with showing the Customer notes in the emails. I’ve contacted the PanMail plugin Author to ask help about this. Do you think that the two issues are related?

    Thanks!

    Hi @barthdesigns,

Thank you for the update. After reviewing the details, it appears that the issues with tracking information and customer notes are not related. They typically function independently within plugins.

    Thanks,

    Hi there,

Good news, author of PanMail fixed the issue! ??

    Thank you!

Hello @barthdesigns, would you please take some of your time to guide me too how I can add the Shipment Details in the Order as I am having the same issue just like yours.

    Hello @shaveersofficial,

Sure, you just need to edit a template, and add a block: WooCommerce -> Hooks – > Hook placeholder: woocommerce_email_before_order_table

This will add the tracking code! ??

Hope that helps! Enjoy your day!
