    I have submitted an email request for support directly to you about a week ago with no response. This is on top of our previous discussion that you stopped responding to directly.

    I am still having issues with the “shipping” amount not being sent over to PayPal that I have hard coded into the order form.

    I am also having issues with the “additional settings” not being sent over to Flamingo whenever this plugin is enabled on the contact form.

    Is there some other solution I can use for my order forms here, as they need to go live shortly, and I need a way to be able to get this working.

    I have tried adding this shipping fee with a check box, and a default shipping amount with NO luck either way.

    Also, I have gotten no response to support through here or through the developers website.

    I am very disappointed, as the support started out very nicely and then dropped off completely.

    My solution to the Flamingo subject – until I hear otherwise – was to install Contact Form 7 Modules
    (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/contact-form-7-modules/) and use the code:
    [hidden your-subject "Type Your Subject Here"]

    Still no response back on the shipping issue, however….

    I hope you are doing better.

    Shipping costs do not appear to be passing along from the plugin to PayPal still. I had to be creative to set up shipping profiles on PayPal’s site, but they don’t quite fit what I am hoping to be able to do – limits my account to a particular shipping amount just based on quantity of items sold.

    Ideally, I’d like to be able to set a shipping amount from the plugin and have it pass along to PayPal.

    That is my biggest concern.

    Secondary concern was the fact that Flamingo was not getting the subject – but – using the hidden fields that I mentioned above, I was able to work around that.
