• In the Merchant Center, I get errors for all of the items inserted. The error is called “Missing Shipping Information” and it reads:

    Shipping is missing. Please specify in the ‘shipping’ attribute or in your account settings with a default shipping method selected for each targeted country.

    I have set UPS Ground as the default shipping method and we are only shipping in the US. I’m not sure what else to do to get the ‘shipping’ attribute to appear in the Product Feed.

    But I think I had a similar problem when I installed a few months back. I couldn’t work out how to add the shipping to individual products but I instead added flat rate shipping into my actual Google Merchant Centre profile which seemed to work. Whilst I do not have a complete flat rate system and I also offer free shipping over £45 so my larger items don’t actually have a shipping charge, this seemed to fix the problem and add flat rate shipping to everything.
    Go into your google merchant centre, on the left click
    settings – tax and shipping – “+ Shipping Method”
    this may help but by no means am I an expert

    Nowlaugh I just wanted to say thank you for this answer, I spent ages trying every setting on my website to try and fix this and scoured google forums for hours trying to get the answer. Did not realise it was in merchant center itself. You saved me!

    I’ve been kinda busy now in June will launch a new version fixing problems and implementing new features.

    I’m having the same issue. I try to put in a price of $0 USD but Google Merchant doesn’t like it. I just open debugger and fix it. Then create a manual .xml file and upload it until the plugin gets fixed.
