Missing shopper tab in dashboard

Is there supposed to be a shopper tab in the dashboard after installing the theme?

In the customizer, there’s a “more” section that states:
“Looking for more options?
There’s a range of Shopper extensions available to put additional power in your hands. Check out the Shopper page in your dashboard for more information.”

Is there supposed to be a shopper tab in your dashboard? Because mine never came with it. Is there a way to get it to show up?

When I clicked on the shopper link on the above text, this error came up:
“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

I’m assuming something might have gone wrong during installation. If so, is there something I can do? Because I feel like i’m not able to customize my website if it’s going to be missing some core features the theme provides.
