Missing sidebar in IE after upgrading

Since i’ve upgraded wordpress from 1.5 to 2.0, my menu/sidebar is missing. Well, not really missing, when you scroll way down it’s there, underneath the posts. But only in IE, in Firefox and Opera everything is perfect. I thought it had to do with some html in a post may be, but i really cant find anything. At first i thought the theme isn’t compatible, but when i click on an archive, there’s no problem either. It’s only a problem on the Index in IE *sigh* I tried other theme’s and a couple of them had the same problem!
