    Hi,

    We have 8 different stores. 1 mother domain and 7 subdomains. All of them use this plugin to track transactions into GA. For some reason some transactions are not being track.

    It’s not a 3rd party problem, like could happen with PayPal, because there are some transactions done by our clients with BrainTree (Credti Card) that does not require an external thank you page, and some of this trnsactions are not being tracked either.

    All the 8 stores follow the same issue of missing transaction data. The problem is that we haven’t found any pattern. It looks like the tracking or nor tracking is apparently random.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    We did a quick check of your store and found that our plugin is working well on your store till checkout page. Since there is the Credit Cart Payment method on your store, we’re unable to test the Transaction data on your store, hence I request to you provide any test credential (for Payment Method) to perform a transaction(for testing purpose only).

    Additionally, kindly check if you have auto return configured in your payment gateway settings. Our plugin doesn’t track your transaction data if a user completes the transaction via Credit Card gateway and is not redirected back to your store’s thank you page; hence the transaction data doesn’t populate in GA.

    Thanks for the responde. Regarding PayPal we din’t have the auto return activated, so we are going to do it now.

    On the other hand… we still have the Credit Card issue. We can provide you with this product page:

    Additionally we don’t have a permission to do internal transaction.Can you enable “cash on delivery” or “bank transfer” method for the mentioned product? It will be much helpful.

    Can’t you just make the payment of 0,01 cent and we will send you the transfer later?
