    Hello there!

    This is not a theme but a plugin that themes the backend of WordPress.
    Try installing it from Dashboard => Plugins.

    If you’re looking to theme your frontend, there are many bootstrap-based solutions you can try. I would suggest taking a look at the Shoestrap theme.
