Missing tables: wp_woocommerce_sessions

When WooCommerce is deactivated and activated again, it runs a check for WooCommerces database tables, and with that, it should create any missing table.

If the issue persists, please check that the database user that WordPress uses has the permissions to create tables.

Also, could you please go to Dashboard > Settings > Tools > Verify Database and let us know what you see there?

Thanks for your reply! (You’ve struck a complete novice here!)
I’m unsure how to check that the database user that WordPress uses has the permissions to create tables sorry.
Unfortunately I have very limited code knowledge so I had a friend of mine setup and develop my website, I can log into my site’s Dashboard but my Dashboard settings doesn’t show a Tools> Verify Database option…?
Am I looking in the wrong place looking on my site’s Dashboard?

I think that @gabrielfuentes meant WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Product lookup tables > Click – Regenerate (Button on right)

Hi @ppoz4. Sorry that we missed your last response.

I can see from your system report that the wp_woocommerce_sessions table does exist. Is the empty cart problem still happening? If so, another thing to check is to make sure that your Cart, Checkout and My Account pages are not cached by any plugins on the site, nor from server caching.

Yea the empty cart issue continued even after deleting and reinstalling WooCommerce, and I read elsewhere that caching can cause the problem, checked everything and that wasn’t the case.
So after the frustration of not being able to find a fix or any support, I deleted WooCommerce from the site and installed WP EasyCart. Problem solved
