Missing Tag Generator and Shortcode

    Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme.

    emartos, did you have any luck with this issue after deactivating your plugins. I have been using this plugin on a large number of projects without this type of issue and this seemed to have arised more recently with the following js error – TypeError: e.widget.extend is not a function

    The form submissions work with a success message, however, the emails are never sent.

    I was able to look into this further and it appears that a plugin Easy Content Types was causing the issue. I was hoping that this would solve the current issue where the client is not receiving email but this may be server related.
