Missing tags/poor SEO on presentation page

I am getting red flags about missing alt-text on the images (sliders, presentation page columns) and no H1 headers on the presentation page for this theme.

This is affecting my SEO ranking and it’s really important that this is fixed particularly as it’s the homepage for my website. I posted on the Cryout Creations forum and haven’t had a response and really don’t want to change themes so I’m hoping at least someone can help please.
