Using the Pro ver #5.2.43 and notice that the drop down for templates is empty. Only choice is default. Almost sure the Pro version should include templates. Anyone else missing template? Or someone from support suggest how I access them?

Yes I see that now. Pls send me the upgrade link
    Thx

PS. Unfortunately the “Features: Predefined Templates”, or the mainmenu “Templates” page do not mention that this is only available on Developer and Platinum versions. It would have been helpful to see that disclaimer right at the top of the page.

Also if you’re interested in a little EUX feedback:
    1) I was looking for the comparison table listing all the features and versions, and it took a while to find it. Expected it to be under the menu item for “Features”. It’s actually under the menu item “Downloads” (not obvious). PLus the Pricing Chart is displayed by default, and you need to click the tab heading for Version Comparison to see the table. Not ideal.
    2) On the Features Menu the item is called “Predefined Templates” but in the text of the Templates page they are called “predefined designs” (more than once). On the pricing table, they are called “Additional form CSS templates”. Needs to be standardized.
    3) I’m also interested in the “save to database” feature/function. On the Features submenu its called “Form Processing”. Again a disclaimer on the Form Processing page would be helpful. The term Form Processing or save to database are not mentioned anywhere on the Pricing table. On the Version table there are several items listed as “Datasource Controls …” but none are very clear about a “save to database” function. Again standardized terminology would be helpful.

Overall very happy with this plugin!
    Thx

    Hi,

Upgrade link sent via private message in the support system.

We have already edited most of the documentation issues and recommendations you sent. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working improving the documentation.

Regarding to the “save to database”, if you are referring to inserting data in another MySQL database or into another table (in addition to the one already used by the plugin) then you should be referring to the following feature (available in Developer and Platinum versions):

    https://cfpaypal.dwbooster.com/documentation#third-party-database

In addition to that there is also a WebHook add-on (available in Platinum version) that can be used to post the submitted data to an external URL or system.

    Thank you for your feedback!
