Missing Text on tabs on Product page

    Hi,

    for some reason the texts I have added as Description and listed under Additional Information have disappeared. This happened like a month ago and I have tried everything I could think of but the text is still not showing (and it was working fine before that).

    All plugins and themes are up to date, only WP needs to be updated to the newest version but that is obviously not the issue. I have checked multiple products, text has been re-saved, boxes ‘visible on product page’ are ticked, etc , but nothing changes. The tabs are still visible on my product pages, but the fields are empty.

    Now that’s weird, because I still don’t see it (and some of my customer have asked about it so it’s not just me). I am using google chrome – could the browser be the issue? And if yes, how could that be resolved?

    Hi @wollyhood,

    I’m also able to see the text just as @serafinnyc. I’m currently using the Chrome browser, but could also view it from Firefox.

    ?how could that be resolved?

    I’d recommend clearing any browser cache from your browsers. Also, you can try viewing the site from a private tab(incognito) to see if the issue persists.

    Thanks a lot, it worked.
    I did run all of the updates incl woo & the theme yesterday so I was kind of hopeless after it didn’t fix the issue but I am happy to see that something did work. And while I did clear the cache on my website I didn’t think of my browser. One thing I will remember now!
