Missing text option for subscribe and export

    Hi there,

    I’m missing two text options of the calendar:

    1. Adjust the text of the subscribe button
    2. Adjust the text of the export button

    Even with jQuery it’s hard to translate/rename them, because they will be inserted via JS after the document is ready. I’m hoping for a fix soon. ??
