    Hi @clairel

Can you confirm the steps you took to install the plugin? Sometimes we see users go through the steps of Appearance >> Themes > Install Theme to install the plugin, which will fail. The plugin needs to be installed to Plugins >> Add New > Upload .

If you did install it under the Plugins >> Add New tab, would you mind confirming for us if when you switch temporarily to the WP default Theme (Twenty Twelve) if that error goes away?

    Thanks!

Hi, I’m having the same problem. Using the Metropolis Rocketheme Theme causes the site to appear with no CSS.

@jpmaldonado – Can you confirm your theme does or does not have the call to wp_head() in your theme? I would expect so but as a paid theme I cannot verify that it does.

Have you checked with Rocket Theme on this?

@photocrati, I checked and it didn’t have it. I put it and it made no difference, still the CSS is all messed up. I tried with version 1.9.13 and everything works fine so I don’t really want to waste any more time.

Rockettheme didn’t have any info about that.
